This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role requiring daily interaction with BWROG utility members, committee chairs, technical subject matter experts, GVH engineering organizations, regulators, and industry partners. The PM serves as the primary coordinator for multiple BWROG committees, facilitating meetings, workshops, and industry initiatives while aligning stakeholders around shared objectives. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to influence outcomes, and a passion for helping the nuclear industry collaboratively solve common challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage daily with customers (BWROG members) to understand fleet needs, identify emerging issues, and shape project scope aligned with industry priorities.
- Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams including utility SMEs, GVH engineering, vendors, and national labs to deliver high-quality technical products and solutions.
- Develop and manage detailed budgets and schedules with strong discipline in estimating, tracking, and early risk identification.
- Support committee chairs in planning and executing committee activities, including agenda development, action item management, decision documentation, and long-term strategic planning.
- Represent GVH at BWROG meetings, regulatory interactions, and industry forums.
- Apply Lean and continuous improvement principles to strengthen internal processes, documentation quality, governance, and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (Engineering preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the nuclear energy industry, including at least 5 years at a commercial nuclear power plant in operations, engineering, maintenance, licensing, or similar roles.
- Minimum 5 years of technical program or project management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams with accountability for budget, schedule, and scope.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and customer-relationship skills with the ability to engage both technical SMEs and utility executives.
Eligibility Requirements
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% (primarily domestic, but international travel is possible).
- If not already PMP certified, willingness and ability to obtain certification within 8 months.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $114,100.00 and $190,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
