We are currently looking for a German-speaking Senior Project Manager (all genders) based in Berlin or remote.

Your mission with us:

The Senior project manager is responsible for independently managing and scaling our international online and offline language programs where we help dedicated groups of students to pass their language exams in order to be able to start their career in germany.

Your tasks:

• End-to end-responsibility for large scale international projects including budget and cost control
• Development, optimization and implementation of standardized and scalable processes while ensuring high quality results
• Acquiring new partners and setting up international operations from scratch as well as growing existing cooperations in different countries
• Regular reporting on project progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Providing pragmatic solutions on current challenges and processes and implementing them

You bring to Lingoda:

• Ownership and goal-orientation
• Hands-on work mentality
• High degree of initiative and independence
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• English language skills (C1) and German language skills (C1)
• University degree in business, education or similar field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or similar
