THE ROLE

We are seeking an innovative and seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our luxury automotive account. This role requires a professional who can manage a high volume of creative briefs from strategic conception to final delivery. You'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring flawless execution across multiple channels with precision and empathy.

  • Leadership: Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of creative production services across various channels, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact across departments including Strategy, Client Partnership, Creative, Copy, Design, and Build.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a confident delivery partner.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including timing plans, cost estimates and resource bookings.
  • Scope Management: Proactively manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with finance and account teams to complete weekly revenue reconciliation and project burn.
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication of project goals, expectations, and deliverables to all stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive collaboration across functions to support multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Innovation: Work alongside industry leaders at an award-winning agency, constantly challenged to understand and leverage new technologies for client success.

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Own the end-to-end delivery process, gaining visibility and influence across strategy, creative, design, and production — ensuring a tangible impact on the client’s marketing success.
  • Develop strong commercial and leadership skills, managing budgets, timelines, and client expectations while driving operational excellence and profitability.
  • Be at the forefront of emerging technologies and creative solutions, continuously challenged to find innovative ways to enhance campaign performance and client engagement.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Currently in a Project Manager role with proven experience effectively managing projects (large & small / online & offline) from initial brief through to final delivery.
  • Multi-tasking: Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Relationship Management: Skilled at building strong relationships at all levels and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercial Insight: Commercially minded and adept at identifying business and growth opportunities.
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving: Possess creative flair, an innovative approach, and a problem-solving mentality.
  • Methodologies: Evidence of working with project management methodologies and platforms.
  • Manage: Staff oversight, client-facing communications, procurement, fostering team inclusivity and dialogue, medium complexity scoping & estimation, project plan development, resourcing assessment, budget assessment, written communication skills (status/escalation), process mindset, time/schedule management, attention to detail/quality, project management, strong organizational skillset.
  • Respond: Problem response, problem escalation, problem realization.
  • Review: % Complete analysis, resource forecasting, revenue recognition, data representation, financial performance analysis.
  • React: Persuasive communication, inclusive mindset, synthesis and critical thinking, empathy, curiosity.
