Responsibilities
Site Execution Support
Support the daily execution of offshore wind site installation and commissioning activities across an active, multi-project portfolio
Conduct detailed analysis of outstanding Work Orders and Punch List Items (PLIs), identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to accelerate site completion
Assist project leadership with planning and strategic decision-making related to site execution, providing data-backed insights and recommendations
Prepare summaries, dashboards, and status updates to support internal reporting and project meetings
Site Modeling & Performance Management
Maintain and update site execution models for Vineyard Wind (US) and Dogger Bank A (UK), ensuring models reflect current project status, scope, and execution assumptions
Develop new site models for Dogger Bank B and Dogger Bank C, establishing baseline plans and execution frameworks ahead of installation and commissioning activities
Design and implement a repeatable process for measuring actual site performance against model targets, including defined KPIs, tracking cadences, and reporting structures
Drive continuous organizational improvement by translating performance data into process adjustments and future business strategy
Process Improvement & Standard Work
Champion GE Vernova's LEAN framework by identifying inefficiencies and leading structured process improvement initiatives across site operations
Develop and implement standard work processes, operating rhythms, and systems of record to improve consistency and reduce operational risk
Utilize LEAN tools for problem-solving, root cause analysis, and recovery to target performance
Remote Operations Center (ROC) Support
Partner with the Remote Operations Center (ROC) / Operations Control Center (OCC) to identify operational gaps and formulate solutions
Support the establishment of clear decision points, standard work documentation, and QMS-formatted processes for ROC operators
Assist in the development of daily, weekly, and monthly management cadences, as well as key KPIs and performance tracking (Bowler)
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work across a broad set of internal stakeholders — including project managers, site teams, and functional leadership — to drive alignment and execution efficiency
Support the preparation of project updates, site status reports, and analysis packages for leadership and cross-functional meetings
Operate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment, bridging US and UK project teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed operational and data analysis, translating findings into actionable recommendations
Experience with LEAN methodologies and process improvement initiatives
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects and geographies
Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional, global teams
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
Desired Qualifications
Experience in the energy industry, with exposure to offshore wind, construction, or commissioning environments preferred
Familiarity with Work Order management systems, Punch List processes, or similar site execution tools
Experience developing standard work documentation, KPI frameworks, or operational reporting cadences
PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus
Proficiency in data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar)
Travel Expectations
Primarily remote with travel expected approximately once per month and/or as required to support offshore wind operations
Willingness and ability to travel to domestic (US) and international (UK) project sites as needed

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $114,100.00 and $190,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
