RH is seeking a Senior Project Leader to lead the day-to-day execution of digital and creative projects across multiple RH platforms. In this role, you will be a key partner to the digital and creative teams, ensuring cross functional alignment, change management, and timely completion of projects. You enjoy the challenge of finding better ways to help our business succeed and are passionate about delivering quality solutions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the overall planning, timing, and delivery of assigned creative and digital projects such as email marketing, our experience website pages, and copy
- Partner closely with members of the digital and creative teams to establish projects goals and scope
- Oversee project progression, ensuring that key milestones are met
- Ensure all project deliverables meet RH quality standards and design ethos
- Foster a culture of situational awareness within the teams by proactively identifying and promptly resolving any issues or discrepancies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, and act as a primary point of contact for project updates and communication
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of project management or creative project management experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentations to C-suite and Senior Leadership
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects in a fast paced environment, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MacOS, iOS, Microsoft Office, Google Applications, Airtable, Jira, Confluence, Monday, Smartsheets, Figma, Adobe Applications, and virtual meeting applications
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: high-end luxury or specialty retail, design, creative and/or digital production, and customer service
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Periodically travel domestically and internationally to collaborate on various projects
- Work sitting for an extended period of time.
