What does a Senior Project Executive/ Project Manager do at Hogarth?
As a Senior Project Executive/ Project Manager, you respond to information requests, which come from our Internal Account Management Department. Your role is to traffic the work into the creative and studio, factoring in creative and studio resources, media scheduling/timelines, guidelines and demanding stakeholders. You should possess fantastic organisational skills and accept accountability to ensure that your campaigns go out on time and to budget.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports to Lead Project Manager/ General Manager. You will work closely with our Project Management, Client Servicing, Studio and Creative teams.
Requirements
• Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery.
• Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic client expectations; proactively chase and interrogate delays.
• Escalate issues to Account Management team.
• Strive for better client and stakeholder relations.
• Demonstrate clear understanding of brand. Distribute contact reports and agendas.
• Manage a multiple number of jobs and projects at any one time, all at different stages and with different requirements.
• Liaise with account management, transcreation, creative, studio and 3rd party vendors and ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date on the progress of their work.
• Liaise with various departments to source creative, artwork and resolve queries and issues.
• Provide advice and solutions to Digital, social content and print production issues.
• Booking and scheduling work in studio and creative.
Qualifications
• Min 3 - 5 years experiences in Account Management or Project Management.
• Experience in working in a digital platform / social content / print production / printing / graphic design department.
• Strong numeracy skills.
• Strong prioritisation skills, time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills
