Job Description
Complete Project task based on work order· Responsible for providing on-site/back office Drives products designing, programming, commissioning and troubleshooting as well as technical support on solution projects, involvement engineering and implementing field modernization.
Responsible for supplying good paperwork of field service and engineering. Ensure all related documentation is well prepared.
Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Keep improving self engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team's capabilities
Support Project Manager on technical issues, such as WBS development
Work closely with Project Manager to guarantee customer acceptance
Ensure 100% meet technical items defined in sales proposal in project delivery
Ensure project implementation follows the procedure of XEC standard
Maximize reusable standard product and engineering in project delivery
Within the team and with Regional team to ensure on time delivery of proposals with quality
Bachelor degree in Instrumentation / Control / Electronics/Electrical
Over 3 Years of relevant experience
Good at English speaking
Should have exposure to Global Work style, engagement with Clients sitting at remote locations.
Hands on experience in designing, execution & selection of power control products Panel Design, Industrial communication (Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus)
Very good verbal, written communication & presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation are essential
Knowledge of best design practices, Industry standards
