You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You will follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz standards are adhered to.
How you will contribute
- Responsible for Bakery category packaging equipment capital investment initiatives: stand alone projects or sub-projects within large investments programs for achieving Bakery category Business Objectives including safety, quality, service, cash flow, productivity and growth targets.
- Initiate, manage, execute and conduct packaging equipment solutions capital projects as a leader or member of a project team.
- Coordination of manufacturing, engineering and supply chain resources to ensure successful execution of all deliverables of project management (safety, cash flow, etc.)
- Lead other project team members and X-Functional work
- Develop the technical agenda from business and consumer needs, transforming business needs into realizable propositions
- Manage project meetings with internal and external project team memebers and stakeholders to inform them about the project and discuss the issues resulting from project implementation with all relevant departments.
- CapEx and timing management to ensure the investment program to be realized in time and according to actual budget.
- Participate on evaluation of the trials and test results with new raw and packaging materials done by RD&Q
- Evaluate feasibility, impact on capacity/headcount and collaboration with suppliers during development implementation processes.
- Support commercialization of new products and processes
- Co-operate with Safety, RD&Q, QA, BD commercialisation, CI and Production Units in the implementation of Continuous Improvement, Product/Food Safety, GMP and HACCP measures.
- Co-operate with Procurement team providing technical and production specification.
What you will bring

- University Degree or equivalent further education qualification in Engineering and Project Management
- Leading to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- Senior-level technical expertise across engineering disciplines
- Fluency in English & Czecj language, proficiency in other European language is an advantage
Fluency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, project management software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) - Proven Project Management skills
