Be our next Senior Project Engineer (CEI) for our Celebration, FL office to work on Florida Department of Transportation Moving Florida Forward I-4 projects.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

  • Direct highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection program.
  • Plans and organizes the work of subordinate and staff members.
  • Develops and/or reviews policies, methods, practices, and procedures.
  • Reviews programs and projects for conformance with Department standards
  • Working in office full time in our Celebration, Florida office.



What your experience looks like

  • Civil Engineering degree or related field.
  • P.E. license in the state of Florida
  • Minimum of two (2) of the years of related experience must be in major road or bridge construction and five (5) years in major bridge construction.
  • For non-degreed personnel the aforementioned registration and ten (10) years of engineering experience (two (2) years of which are in major road or bridge construction).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing.
  • Prior relevant work experience in District 5
  • Five (5) years of Senior Project Engineer experience with an overall ten (10) years of related engineering experience (preferred).
  • Qualifications: Attend the CTQP Quality Control Manager course and pass the examination.
  • Certifications: FDOT Advanced MOT
