We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at STEMCELL! In this role, you will help deliver multi-disciplinary corporate and departmental initiatives by ensuring construction/infrastructure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will support projects through every stage of the lifecycle, from planning to closeout.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to apply and grow their organizational and relationship-management skills in a collaborative environment. Working closely with stakeholders across the business and experienced Senior Project Managers, you will contribute to impactful, business-critical construction projects while expanding your project management expertise.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing project management support to ensure the delivery of the goals, milestones and related operational activities

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Team to define the project scope and resource requirements

  • Coordinate engagement with subject matter experts from across the organization to ensure relevant project and design information is captured in project documentation and taken into account during the project lifecycle

  • Work with team members to identify and analyze project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and produce and control project timelines
     

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (alternatives: chemical, civil or electrical engineering)

  • 2-6 years of experience working on infrastructure projects

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in standard office tools, proficiency in MS Project experience is a strong asset

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$72,700.00 - $98,300.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.

Skills Required
