The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project managers in organizing, and overseeing day-to-day operations , coordinating resources, maintaining project schedules, ensuring documentation is up-to-date, and facilitating communication between technical teams and stakeholders. The Senior Project Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting the project manager in ensuring that projects stay on track, within budget, and meet defined technical requirements.
• Support project managers in setting timelines, assigning tasks, and maintaining project plans.
• Organize resources, including personnel, equipment, and software, ensuring all necessary tools are available to meet project needs.
• Maintain detailed records, update project documentation, and generate reports to track progress.
• Identifying potential risks or issues and assisting in their resolution
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders, providing updates and gathering requirements.
• Monitoring budget and financial reporting
• Stay updated with industry trends, technical advancements, and new project management tools to enhance project coordination efficiency. • Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Min 3 years of experience in Project Management /Project coordinator
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Basic experience in using tools like: Teams, or Zoom to facilitate remote communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
• Basic experience with Agile methodologies, such as: Scrum or Kanban.
• MS project experience (beginner to intermediate).
• Experience in Agile Project Mgt. tools such as JIRA (Intermediate).
• Intermediate MS project experience.
• Intermediate MS office (PowerPoint, excel, word...etc.) experience.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Slab, Notion.
