PMA is currently seeking a Senior Project Controls Scheduler for an exclusive assignment on-site at our client's facility in the greater Indianapolis area. In this role, you will lead all aspects of scheduling and schedule control for a large construction project. The project schedule will be highly detailed and will likely be cost- and resource-loaded.
This is an on-site position. We are seeking candidates who are local to the Indianapolis, Indiana area.
Responsibilities
Lead the development, maintenance, and status updates of project schedules using Primavera P6.
Track progress against baseline schedules, identify critical paths, and analyze variances, delays, and impacts.
Conduct what-if analysis, time impact studies, and recovery plan evaluations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction professionals to gather schedule data and status updates.
Perform routine site walks to validate project progress and ensure schedule accuracy.
Develop and present schedule status reports and dashboards.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required.
Minimum 7 years of related scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
Experience on large construction projects is strongly preferred.
PMP or PSP certifications a plus.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered in lieu of stated minimum qualifications.
