Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and analyze various monthly reports including comprehensive project whole-of-life cost assessments and providing actionable insights to project managers and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor project cost, revenue, margin and cash flow
- Perform monthly project forecasting and variance analysis
- Support project budgeting and cost control
- Track project progress vs financial performance
- Ensure proper cost allocation and financial compliance
- Support project reporting to management
- Identify project risks and mitigation plans
- Coordinate with PM, engineering, procurement and finance teams
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- 3–7 years experience in project controlling, finance controlling or project management
- Experience in large infrastructure / engineering projects preferred
- Knowledge of EVM (Earned Value Management) is a plus
- Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills
- Good understanding of project lifecycle
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SAP / Primavera / MS Project is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
