People and Culture Transformation EMEAJob Description

We're Norton Rose Fulbright - a global law firm with over 50 offices and 7,000 employees worldwide. We provide the world’s preeminent corporations and financial institutions with a full business law service. At Norton Rose Fulbright, our strategy and our culture are closely entwined. We know that our expansion will mean little unless it is underpinned by truly global collaboration and we understand that pioneering work only takes place when our people have room to move and think beyond boundaries. As well as the relevant skills and experience, we're looking for people who are innovative, commercial and value the work that they do.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Project and Change Manager to lead and coordinate people-focused transformation projects across our EMEAPAC (Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific) region. This is a key role supporting a significant integration programme involving multiple workstreams across international teams.

You will be the central project manager within a transformation office, working closely with business leads in EMEAPAC to drive alignment, progress, and clear communication during a period of significant organisational change.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Change Delivery

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex people-related projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and act as a central point of contact across the programme team, maintaining momentum and accountability.
  • Provide structured project and change management support to a range of regional and global initiatives.

Governance & Planning

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across different teams and geographies to align on project goals, scope, and resource needs.
  • Support the running of programme governance forums and planning workshops.

Progress Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor progress across projects and cyclical activities, ensuring risks and issues are identified and addressed.
  • Provide regular, high-quality reporting and concise updates to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Change Communications

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and support strategic internal communications that guide and engage employees through change.
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of communication materials across different formats and audiences.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder change projects across regions or global functions.
  • Expertise in planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently to senior audiences.
  • Experience supporting internal communications during change initiatives.
  • Confident user of project and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Workday, and Microsoft Office.

Desirable

  • Background in professional services or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
  • Previous experience working on international integration or people transformation programmes.

Personal Attributes

  • Positive and collaborative approach to leadership and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work across multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
  • Driven, adaptable, and outcome-focused.

Working Arrangements

  • Hybrid working model: 2 days per week in our London office.
  • Fixed-term contract for 12 months to cover a period of planned leave.
