Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Responsibilities

Project Performance & Competitiveness

  • Achieve project budget and purchasing KPIs and provide periodic reporting and follow-up actions to achieve targets

  • Represent Purchasing during core team meetings; ensuring goals are met on time, within budget, and at required quality standards

Process & Problem Solving

  • Support pre-sales bid/tender activities

  • Secure accurate input data & manage technically mandated suppliers

  • Assist GCM in sourcing (RFI/RFQ) and contract management

  • Act as escalation point for quality/delivery issues

  • Communicate regular project updates, risks and achievements with key internal Stakeholders

Risk Management, Compliance & Documentation

  • Identify and mitigate potential risk related to procurement, supplier relationship, and project execution

  • Ensure procurement activities are compliant with regulations, policies, and standards

  • Maintain accurate procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier performance records.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as Project Buyer / in Purchasing within Electronics OR Medical Device industry

  • Bachelors in Management OR Engineering with specialization in Purchasing

  • Experience in PCB, PCBA, RFID and / in Sensors, Optical Devices, etc is a plus

  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional Teams

  • Fluent in English
