Responsibilities
Project Performance & Competitiveness
Achieve project budget and purchasing KPIs and provide periodic reporting and follow-up actions to achieve targets
Represent Purchasing during core team meetings; ensuring goals are met on time, within budget, and at required quality standards
Process & Problem Solving
Support pre-sales bid/tender activities
Secure accurate input data & manage technically mandated suppliers
Assist GCM in sourcing (RFI/RFQ) and contract management
Act as escalation point for quality/delivery issues
Communicate regular project updates, risks and achievements with key internal Stakeholders
Risk Management, Compliance & Documentation
Identify and mitigate potential risk related to procurement, supplier relationship, and project execution
Ensure procurement activities are compliant with regulations, policies, and standards
Maintain accurate procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier performance records.
Qualifications
5+ years experience as Project Buyer / in Purchasing within Electronics OR Medical Device industry
Bachelors in Management OR Engineering with specialization in Purchasing
Experience in PCB, PCBA, RFID and / in Sensors, Optical Devices, etc is a plus
Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional Teams
Fluent in English
