Summary

The Senior Project Assistant supports the Senior Leadership Team in the execution of key business initiatives, projects, and priorities across multiple departments. This unique role blends elements of Project Management, Business Analysis, and Executive Support, requiring a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can keep projects moving, hold teams accountable, and help senior leaders execute effectively.

What You’ll Do

  

  • Attend leadership meetings, document discussions, and prepare recap notes and action items
  • Follow up with team members to ensure commitments and deadlines are met
  • Manage meeting logistics including calendars, scheduling, travel, and preparation
  • Develop spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis with limited direction
  • Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations and business summaries
  • Gather, organize, and analyze information for leadership decision-making
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects across multiple departments
  • Assist senior leaders with operational, analytical, and project-related responsibilities
  • Help drive accountability and execution throughout the organization

Physical Requirements

  • Regular sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and use of computer equipment.
  • Ability to review documents and drawings on computer screens for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry materials or office equipment weighing up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment and occasionally visit operational or project locations.

 

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work occasional overtime, evenings, weekends, or modified schedules as business needs require.

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure: The compensation range for this position is $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year. This range represents REMEDI8's good-faith estimate of the compensation expected to be offered to a successful candidate at the time of hire. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, and business needs.

In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have access to company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, retirement savings plans with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, and other programs offered in accordance with company policy and applicable law. Benefits eligibility and offerings may vary by position, location, and length of employment.
