We are seeking a Senior Project Analyst – Smartsheet Solutions for our Project Management Office. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager - Smartsheet Solutions, this individual will join a team of four folks who are all committed to making a sizable impact on the future of the renewable energy industry. As the Smartsheet Solutions Senior Project Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the Smartsheet environment that powers our renewable energy software platform. You will work closely with product and project management teams to understand requirements, develop scalable solutions, and ensure data integrity and security.

Platform refers to the entire suite of Euclid's offerings (our software, tools, and services).

• Design and iterate Smartsheet-based solutions that align with the requirements of our renewable energy software platform
• Collaborate with Sr. Project Manager – Smartsheet Solutions to optimize Smartsheet environment in line with Service org goals and OKRs
• Aid in developing best practices and optimizing Smartsheet solutions to enhance performance, usability, and scalability, aligning with Euclid's vision and philosophy for Smartsheet use.
• Conduct training and onboarding to ensure effective adoption of Smartsheet tools and features.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into effective Smartsheet solutions, i.e., workflow documentation and process.
• Configure and customize Smartsheet workspaces, sheets, reports, and automation to streamline data management and workflow processes, focusing on repeatability and efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate access controls, data validation rules, and integrations with other systems
• Lead initiatives to drive user adoption and proficiency by training and supporting end-users in effectively utilizing Smartsheet, providing ongoing assistance, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Interface externally with high-profile counterparties, including major institutional investors, law firms, and investment banks.
• Work with the Euclid Product team to influence the Product Roadmap.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Smartsheet, providing guidance and insights to enhance overall project and process management.
• Stay updated with the latest Smartsheet features, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

• 2+ years of experience working as a Solutions Architect or similar role, with a focus on Smartsheet
• 4+ years working in a project management or project analyst capacity
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Smartsheet, including workspaces, sheets, reports, forms, automation, and dashboards
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical team members
• Knowledge of the renewable energy, construction, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Smartsheet Course Certification, preferred.

The starting base salary for this role is between $98,000 and $115,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as education, experience, skills, and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
