  • Analyze programmatic performance trends and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, revenue performance, and partner outcomes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Strategy, Engineering, Product, Data, Accounting, and Ad Operations teams to support programmatic operations, partner integrations, and monetization initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and programmatic best practices while providing recommendations to improve monetization performance, operational effectiveness, and advertising capabilities

Experience and Background:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, technical account management, monetization operations, or related digital advertising roles
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems, including bidding environments, exchanges, ad serving technologies, demand platforms, and monetization workflows
  • Hands-on experience supporting programmatic integrations, implementation, troubleshooting, and operational scaling across advertising technologies and partner platforms, including Google Ad Manager (GAM)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including experience using SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis workflows to investigate programmatic performance, resolve monetization issues, and support business reporting
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Revenue Operations, and external partners, with exposure to pricing strategy, yield management, inventory optimization, or monetization analytics preferred
