Summary:
In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of 12–15 Captis client organizations. You will drive client engagement, onboarding, education, and adoption of Captis programs while serving as a trusted advisor to executive and clinical leaders. You will facilitate collaborative committees and cohorts, communicate contracting opportunities and performance insights, and partner with internal teams to maximize client participation, compliance, and value realization.
Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with an assigned portfolio of Captis member organizations, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Facilitate discussions with executives, physicians, and operational leaders regarding contracting opportunities, program participation, and strategic initiatives.
Lead member onboarding and implementation through structured training, recurring meetings, collaboration, and onsite engagement.
Plan and facilitate monthly cohort meetings to communicate program updates, share best practices, and support member adoption.
Coordinate Operations Committee activities, including meeting planning, ballot preparation, analytics review, and supporting documentation.
Monitor member participation and contract compliance, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and achievement of program goals.
Utilize the Member Performance Scorecard and other analytics to communicate performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Translate complex reporting and operational data into actionable recommendations for members and internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships across Captis, Vizient, Mayo Clinic, and member organizations to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
Partner with internal teams to support contracting activities, member initiatives, and continuous program improvement.
Contribute to the development and refinement of member engagement strategies, processes, and educational resources.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree in business, healthcare administration, supply chain management, operations, or a related field preferred. Advanced degree desired.
5 or more years of relevant experience required. (e.g., client services, account management, program management, healthcare operations, supply chain, sourcing, contracting, or a related field)
Experience in healthcare supply chain contracting or value analysis.
Experience supporting member organizations, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), or group purchasing organizations (GPOs).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong client relationships.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Strong relationship-building, facilitation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Experience working with executives, physicians, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficiency using performance metrics and data to drive engagement and support decision-making.
Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly to support member organizations.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
