What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage integrated master schedules (IMS) aligned with contractual, proposal, and cross‑functional inputs.
- Collaborate with Program Management and functional teams to load resources and material costs into the IMS.
- Establish schedule baselines; track performance and support schedule variance analysis using labor, cost, and material data.
- Monitor and report IMS health to internal leadership and external customers.
- Update task status with program teams and support schedule mitigation and return‑to‑green planning.
- Provide schedule and resource inputs for ETC, EAC, and earned value (EV) reporting.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in program scheduling and Microsoft Project.
- Manage and maintain schedules across multiple programs simultaneously.
What You Need:
- 5+ years of IMS scheduling experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project
- Strong expertise in PASEG‑compliant scheduling, project management methodologies, and WBS development.
- Experience with IMS analysis tools (e.g., SSI preferred) and schedule/status reporting using MS Office.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence at all levels, communicate effectively, and deliver results in a deadline‑driven environment with high ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or experience in lieu of degree
- Project Management and/or Earned Value Management Certification preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in managing project schedules, with a strong focus on implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and metrics.
- US citizenship due to access restrictions.

Salary Range:
$96,600.00-$128,800.000Pay Transparency
