The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a cleared Senior Program Operations Analyst to support an Army Product Management Office at Ft Belvoir, VA. Act as lead requirements and capability developer of signature technologies developed by Army Product Managers. Provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or assignments, establish goals and plans that meet project objectives, employ domain and expert technical knowledge, interface with Senior management to support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders. Secret clearance required. Remote work may be authorized.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and be responsible for user interaction on signature transformation efforts; coordinate, collaborate and interact with ACOMs and ASCCs to ensure technology development and efforts are resourced
- Provide expert direction, assistance and support for operations to enable near, mid and long-range systems and plans
- Interact, coordinate and collaborate with Army Futures Command (AFC), Capability Focused Teams (CFTs), Capability Development Integration Directorates (CDIDs), and Army Capability Managers (ACMs) on development and integration of technologies
- Inform and synchronize DOTMLPF-P assessments with required stakeholders within AFC, Combined Arms Center and TRADOC
- Develop, as required, needed basis of issue additions, modifications and changes
- Ensure critical program related issues are addressed
- Provide administrative consultation services for problem definition, analysis, requirements development and implementation for complex systems
- Make recommendations for systems improvements, optimization or maintenance of efforts in specific areas
- Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Master’s degree and minimum 15 years of experience
- Demonstrated competency in Communication (written and oral), Leadership, and Team management
- Understanding of the Army DOTMLPF-P framework
- Knowledge of DODI 5000.02, Defense Acquisition System, JCIDS
Desired:
- Prior experience supporting a US Army Project or Product Management office
- Project Management Professional Certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$86,800-$191,000
