Job Description

  • Lead and build a team thatmanages certifications, customer audits,andcontrolsanddrives governance, risk and compliancewithin the R&D department and across the organization.
  • Drivingproject management forgap analysis, customer audits, existingandnew certifications.
  • Trackingandmonitoringby utilizing project management tools,reportingon progress,and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Improving and documenting theworkflows and processesfor the certification and audit team.
  • Planning meetingsandinterviewswith internal and external auditors to get the right subject matter experts/stakeholders into this process.
  • Driving the preparation and follow-ups for certifications and audits to ensure that action/deliverables are done on time.
  • Beingmain contact person for internal and external auditorsand theDynatrace subject matter experts/stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Youhave 5-10 years ofexperience as aproject or project manager in IT or software projects, ideally within aglobal SaaS vendor.
  • You have 5+years of experience in the area of GRC (governance, risk and compliance).
  • You have 3+ years of experience as a team lead.
  • You are ahands-onteam playerwithoutstandingcommunicationskills, including reaching and motivating stakeholders across the whole enterprise.
  • You can motivate and inspire a team,fostering collaboration,and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • You are a proactive and open personalways seeking to improve and finding creative solutions.
  • You have an interest intechnology, security, and privacy.
  • You have fluent English skills.
