A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Program Manager.
A bit about your role
The Senior Program Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs within the Fixed Wireless Engineering portfolio, ensuring initiatives are aligned to strategic priorities and delivered with clarity, discipline and impact.
You will operate across a broad and interconnected delivery environment, working closely with senior leaders, technical teams and delivery partners to coordinate activity, manage dependencies and navigate competing priorities. A key part of the role is bringing structure and transparency to complex programs, ensuring risks, trade-offs and delivery progress are clearly understood and actively managed.
You will play a critical role in shaping program plans, driving execution and enabling effective decision-making by distilling complex technical and delivery information into clear, actionable insights. This includes producing high-quality updates and communications for executive stakeholders, ensuring there is a consistent line of sight from program objectives through to outcomes.
In this role, you will embed strong delivery practices across planning, governance, risk and assurance, while continuously identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve delivery performance. You will work collaboratively across the portfolio to support alignment, resolve issues and ensure programs deliver tangible value to the business.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate brings strong experience delivering complex programs in large, multi-disciplinary environments, ideally within telecommunications or similarly complex industries. You have a proven ability to manage interdependent initiatives, navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in environments where priorities are often contested and evolving.
You are highly effective at bringing clarity to complexity, able to structure problems, manage competing demands and guide teams toward practical, outcome-focused solutions. You are confident operating in senior stakeholder environments, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, translating complex delivery and technical topics into meaningful insights that support decision-making.
You are organised and disciplined in your approach to program delivery, with strong skills in planning, governance, risk management and dependency coordination. You understand how to balance pace, quality and risk, and are proactive in identifying issues and driving resolution.
You are collaborative and pragmatic, building strong working relationships across teams and contributing to a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement. You take ownership of outcomes, support others to succeed and are motivated by delivering meaningful results that contribute to the success of the broader portfolio.
