You will be:- leading large, complex software programs for international clients, from initiation through full delivery, with end-to-end accountability for outcomes,
- defining and owning program governance, including decision-making structures, escalation paths, and reporting frameworks,
- overseeing multi-stream program delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved within agreed timelines, scope, and budget,
- managing dependencies and alignment across internal delivery teams and selected external partners,
- proactively identifying program-level risks, defining mitigation strategies, and driving corrective actions where required,
- establishing and executing structured change management processes, ensuring full traceability between requirements, scope, budget, and contractual agreements,
- building strong, trust-based relationships with clients, sponsors, and key internal stakeholders,
- mentoring and supporting Delivery Managers, ensuring alignment with program goals, delivery standards, and ways of working,
- building and leading effective program teams, fostering transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery.
- proven experience leading large-scale IT or software programs (multi-year, multi-million EUR budgets) with full budget and delivery accountability,
- experience managing distributed, multinational teams and collaborating with external vendors or partners,
- strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, particularly in complex stakeholder environments,
- a high level of ownership and decisiveness, with the ability to operate independently and make informed trade-off decisions,
- a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset with a focus on outcomes rather than process for its own sake,
- practical knowledge of program and delivery frameworks (e.g. PMP, SAFe – certifications are a plus, not a requirement),
- solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC) and modern software engineering practices,
- fluency in spoken and written English.
