Mayvin is seeking a Senior Program Manager responsible for supporting the United States Marshals Service (USMS), Office of the Director (OOD). The person in this role must be able to follow directions well and work independently. The Senior Program Manager will assist the Executive Leadership in managing, overseeing, and directing planned and ongoing projects to ensure efficient operations.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the schedule for preparing the Director’s Quarterly Performance Review (QPR) briefing book
- Establishing and maintaining a specific schedule for collecting agency performance measure data and strategic project updates from 16 divisions through a SharePoint-based application
- Coordinate with the Office of the Director to schedule Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR) briefings and provide administrative, technical, and presentation support in the office
- Assist USMS Divisions with brainstorming and developing milestones for strategic projects across multiple disciplines
- Manage the OSI intranet site. Create informational materials for the Frequently Asked Questions and Training sections
- Manage monthly meetings, coordinating speakers, briefings, agenda, and presentations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 9 years of specialized experience related to the duties described
- Ability to develop and sustain relationships with internal staff and external sources
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Federal Government experience
