Position Summary

End to end program management encompassing – project planning, day to day delivery management, resource management, risk and issue management, getting acceptance and approval by clients for project deliverables

  • Clearly understand and document customer requirements and integration points.
  • Deliver project scope successfully with high quality, within approved timelines and budget
  • Support project estimation process with key contributors to help define scope and prepare statements of work, including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs
  • Manage all day-to-day administrative activities of a given project from inception to closure such as reviewing timesheets, analyze plan versus actual figures
  • Accurate submission of forecasts, resource utilization, and achievement of planned project profitability
  • Comply with organization requirements on quality, metrics submission, automation in project delivery, etc
  • Stakeholder management, maintain regular communication with both the customer including weekly and monthly reports and internal teams, and constantly manage customer expectations (also in critical situations or throughout escalations)
  • Identify relevant delivery best practices and imbibe the same in projects
  • Achieve customer satisfaction through successful deployments of new solutions
  • Participate and lead initiatives beyond project delivery
  • Compile customer requests and deployment issues, to provide a feedback channel into our core products.
  • Work with third-party subcontractors and technology partners as required
  • Act as the central point of contact throughout the life of the project, capture and communicate experiences in formal post-mortem, feeding lessons learned, best practices and resources back into the consulting practice
  • Manage weekly resource planning and financial forecast updates
  • Proactively research customer needs and exercise appropriate creativity in recommending new solutions, based on the Adobe’s Digital Marketing platform to fulfill those needs.
  • Support sales activities – eg: identifying new leads and opportunities, deal /solution reviews, preparing proposal, 

What you need to succeed

  • You will have a technical degree in a professional services’ related field as well as working experience in a professional services/consulting environment of an enterprise software company or consultancy
  • Knowledge of online or offline direct marketing functions is an asset, though not required. You will be comfortable responding to the varying demands of working for a dynamic, international company
  • You are a self-motivated individual, with well-developed inter-personal & communication skills and a strong desire to succeed
  • Able to motivate other project team members, even under high pressure

       
Required Skills

  • 15+ year of technology/service delivery experience with a proven track in program managing and delivering digital transformation programs involving enterprise-based applications built using leading COTS platforms like IBM, SFDC, SAP, Microsoft, etc .
  • Experience of delivering digital transformation programs using Adobe solutions (Adobe Experience Cloud products) will be a plus.
  • Experience in Agile Scrum based delivery of engagements
  • High attention to detail, thoroughness, Innovative thinker
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or similar discipline
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, superb organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.
  • Professional demeanor, ability to interact with and lead diverse teams throughout Adobe and communicate with client project managers, directors, and CXOs
  • Exceptional team building and team management skills, with proven experience managing virtual (including near- and off-shore) teams in an international environment
  • Proven technical ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems
  • Solid Understanding of custom software development processes
  • Solid understanding of one of the following: Web Content management solutions and processes, Online Analytics solutions, Digital Marketing Campaign solutions
  • Willingness to travel (50% or more)
  • Agile/SCRUM and/or PMI Certification and demonstrated rigor in project management best practices
  • Experience with creating proposals and presenting offers in response to RFPs and/or RFIs
  • Prior experience in traditional business consulting would be an asset
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Usage of AI/GenAI/Agentic AI in program management activities
