What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our team and be part of the global program management group.
In this role, you will lead the department’s day-to-day operations, working closely with R&D leaders and collaborating with Product Managers and scrum teams.
How Will You Make an Impact?
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end
- Develop and manage structured program plans
- Monitor execution and resolve risks proactively
- Collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams
- Be the agile coach for the team
- Drive data-informed decision making
Requirements
What Is Needed to Succeed?
- Proactive and technically skilled
- 5 years of experience as a Program Manager or Release Manager.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Agile mindset – coach teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated and independent
- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Great communication and leadership skills
