Senior Program Manager
As a Senior Program Manager, you will manage multiple, enterprise-scale customers primarily within the US DOD and IC.
Your role is pivotal in driving customer success, streamlining operational processes, and ensuring effective adoption and post-onboarding outcomes. Working in a cross-functional capacity, you will gather and analyze client feedback, transform insights into actionable recommendations, and guide the successful deployment and adoption of Recorded Future across the client’s enterprise. Establishing open communication channels internally with the broader account team, Sales, Product, Marketing, Data Science, and C-Suite executives will be crucial. Additionally, regular communication and comfort with engaging with clients at all organizational levels, to include individual analysts, unit supervisors, and organizational leadership, is fundamental to being successful. If accepted, the applicant will be expected to obtain the Recorded Future Certified Analyst Lab (CAL) certification within the first 3 months of employment to enhance analytical capabilities and operational effectiveness.

What You'll Do :
- Execute Programs: Lead large, complex client projects with executive visibility with many internal and external dependencies and stakeholders
- Drive value: Deliver and deploy Recorded Future Intelligence Products, Services, and Engagements across large, multi-dimensional customer teams
- Define success: Establish organizational requirements, business/security outcomes, metrics, and reporting/communication plans for clients to ensure successful Recorded Future implementation
- Monitor Progress: Track and report on program performance, integrating feedback from executives and customers for continuous improvement.
- Assess Customer Health: Utilize system tools and client engagements for regular evaluation of customer health, operational progress, and adoption metrics on a large scale.
- Align Initiatives: Ensure all initiatives align with company and client objectives focused on achieving account goals and client requirements to deliver a premium experience.
- Sector Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and the regulatory landscape to identify any obstacles or opportunities within the client space.
What You'll Bring :
- Prior United States military or intelligence community experience
- 8+ years of experience with 3+ years operating in a senior capacity
- Demonstrated experience in leading and working in cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with regularly interacting with C-Suite level executives internally and externally.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, STEM, or related discipline)
- DC-based / National Capital Region
- Ability to travel to client sites up to 25% of the time
- Ability to obtain a top secret security clearance
- Project Management: In-depth understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
- Client Workflow Mastery: Expertise in analyzing, navigating, and optimizing client workflows across various functions, ensuring alignment with project goals and clientexpectations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner to diverseaudiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Break down complex issues, devise a plan, and expeditiously execute to address roadblocks.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong and enduring relationships internally and externally with clients.
- Professionalism: Uphold integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Enthusiasm: Approach your role with energy and a commitment to the mission.
- Accountability: Own your mistakes and ensure accountability within the team.
- Planning and Management: Focus on driving accounts forward while achieving account goals and objectives

- Relevant industry certification (e.g. Security+, CISSP, CISM, PMP, PgMP, etc.)
- Recorded Future specific certifications
