The Veeam Data Cloud team is looking for an amazing Senior Technical Program Manager to organize and drive cross-team projects and programs for one of Veeam's fastest growing products. We're looking for a talented Program Manager to join our team and help drive the development and delivery of our SaaS offerings. This role is remote anywhere within the US.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for coordinating and tracking work across teams, using just enough process to keep the team sane, and a knack for influencing others. They will be an expert communicator and understand how high-velocity engineering teams work. They will play an instrumental role in delivering new products to our customers by making our engineering team more efficient and effective.
Your tasks will include:
- Engineering Delivery Management: Work with leaders and teams in Engineering and Product to organize, plan, and execute software development projects, from inception through post-launch analysis.
- Program Tracking & Management: Utilize just enough process to create visibility into progress, risks, and milestones for all stakeholders without overwhelming the team. Keep projects on track and anticipate potential roadblocks before they arise.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the key point of contact between Engineering and other teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Legal, to ensure alignment, resolve dependencies, and drive products to completion.
- Effective Communication: Use a data-driven mindset into all aspects of status reporting, and clearly and proactively communicate, across all levels of the organization, status as well as risks and mitigation plans.
- Process Improvement: Look for ways to improve work processes to boost efficiency and best practices within an asynchronous work culture.
What we expect from you:
- 3-7 years of experience in a program or project management role managing complex, technical SaaS projects
- Software Development or Product Management experience
- Must be comfortable working with loosely defined, custom agile/scrum/Kanban processes and participating in process improvements
- Strong sense of ownership and desire to be successful
- Ability to drive programs working with highly effective people on cutting-edge technology
- Must have the ability to influence others without having direct authority
- Leadership experience driving cross-functional and globally dispersed teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence teams and to communicate succinctly
- B.S. degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate's expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$139,100-$198,700 USD
