EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager. In this critical role, you will ensure that EmpiRx Health projects are successfully executed for business growth and agility.

What You'll Do:
As a Sr. Program Manager, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:

  • Develops and define the overall program roadmap, aligning it with business objectives, and technical strategies.
  • Develop and manage project operating costs, request budget allocation and reallocations and ensure project & program is within budget.
  • Leads program scoping, planning, budgeting, and scheduling, ensuring all projects within the program are properly prioritized and resourced.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless integration, coordination, and execution across development, operations, and support teams.
  • Work closely with project managers, product owners, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
  • Adopts a customer-centric approach by consistently prioritizing and addressing business needs, ensuring program deliverables align with stakeholder expectations and organizational goals.
  • Incorporate industry best practices and establishes KPIs and metrics to monitor program performance and ensure projects are on track to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Communicate project status and be the project advocate; take responsibility for risk and issue management.
  • Establish positive and collaborative relationships with customers and demonstrate a clear understanding of both internal and external customer requirements and measurement criteria.
  • Participate in and facilitate post project/phase reviews to cultivate a learning organization.
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts (stakeholder analysis and status reporting).
  • Develop and execute behavioral change management plan to ensure user adoption of new systems and processes.


What You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager (Healthcare, PBM, or Healthcare Experience preferred)
  • Able to problem solve, troubleshoot and work independently to execute large projects across muti-functional organizations and external vendor partners
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining a standardized project management methodology or framework (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
  • Skilled in engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding across diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and cultivate meaningful working relationships
