Our Digital Transformation Consulting Division (DTD) specializes in high-end consulting that is solving the federal government’s hardest problems by delivering performance-based and outcome-driven digital transformation solutions. This position is a remote position located in Northern Virginia.
Responsibilities:

Accountable for all aspects of the program/project over the entire project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)

Plan, staff, budget, and direct one or more program(s) to ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments to customers
-
Accountable for program/project staffing, resource management, and performance management
-
Gathers pre-implementation and post-implementation facts (from customer stakeholders) to document Business Case, outcomes achieved, and ROI delivered

Prepares strategic reviews of project status with leadership
-
Effectively coordinates risks and opportunities to leadership
-
Lead project coordination efforts amongst program offices, project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders

Accountable for on time submission of all Contract Deliverables (CDRLs)
-
Ensure quality control and quality assurance on deliverable submissions and business process reengineering

Obtains customer validation of outcomes achieved and ROI delivered.

Basic Qualifications:
-
9+ years of relevant experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
-
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
-
Agile Certification in either Scrum or SAFe
-
Experience managing a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) program
-
Must have experience as the Program Manager successfully delivering outcomes and achieving Exceptional CPARs on complex Enterprise IT Transformation programs for Federal Cabinet-level agencies
Preferred Qualifications:

Financial Management systems implementation experience, either ERP/Core Financials (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Momentum) or Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platforms (e.g. OneStream, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, SAP BPC, IBM TM1, Board)
Clearance requirements:

Must have active Secret Security clearance.
The projected compensation range for this position is $94,500-$157,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
