As a Senior Program Manager - Technical Support Transformation here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage technical support transformation programs and global design model deployments, driving strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

You will report directly to the Sr. Director for Technical Support and L&E based in Atlanta and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of Honeywell’s technical support operations by overseeing transformation projects, ensuring alignment with global standards, and deploying innovative design models that improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage end-to-end technical support transformation programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to meet strategic business objectives.
  • Develop and implement global design model deployment strategies that standardize processes and improve operational efficiency across multiple regions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, customer service, engineering, and product management to ensure alignment and integration of transformation initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and implementing best practices to enhance customer experience and technical support capabilities.
  • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and risks.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure program effectiveness and guide decision-making processes.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies within the technical support organization.
  • Coach and mentor program team members to build capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience managing technical support transformation or service operations.
  • 6 or more years of experience in program management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven ability to lead global deployments and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with customer experience improvement initiatives and technical support operations.
  • Familiarity with project management software and data analysis tools.
