Samsung TV Plus is an industry-leading FAST (free ad-supported TV) and VOD (video-on-demand) service reaching +30 countries and millions of devices globally across TV and mobile. One of the first FAST platforms with more than 630M active devices, Samsung TV Plus now offers more than 3,000 channels globally, along with thousands of shows and movies on-demand.
Position Summary
The Samsung TV Plus team is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Global PMO and lead strategic initiatives across Product, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, Content, and Operations teams. This role will drive execution of high-impact projects including analytical tools/dashboards, product features, new software releases, and cross-functional business priorities. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership across US operations, Samsung HQ, and international regions, help establish PMO best practices and frameworks, and manage complex technical programs that directly support Samsung TV Plus’s growth as a leading FAST platform reaching 100+ million monthly active users across 3,000+ global channels.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end execution of complex projects from scoping through delivery, managing timelines at milestone and task level, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across global teams
  • Help build and implement scalable PMO frameworks, processes, and best practices to improve project delivery and organizational effectiveness
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently across different workstreams, identifying and resolving dependencies, establishing roles and responsibilities, and keeping the overall schedule on track
  • Lead and support strategic planning sessions with functional leads to identify initiatives requiring PMO support, establish priorities, and begin project setup and scoping
  • Own regular stakeholder reporting including status updates, dashboards, risk management, and executive communications across team members and cross-functional partners
  • Partner with data teams to define key metrics, continuously analyze results, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for project and business strategy

Skills and Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ years program management experience leading large, complex technical projects in media or technology companies
  • Bachelor’s degree required from a top school; MBA or relevant certifications (PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner) highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to lead software development, product launches, or infrastructure projects from conception to delivery
  • Proficiency in project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Monday, plus experience with data analysis platforms like Tableau or Power BI
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional programs with significant budgets and resources across global, matrixed organizations
  • Experience with digital media or streaming platforms highly desirable
  • Highly organized with ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision, and manage multiple projects with competing priorities in ambiguous and unstructured environments
  • Strong analytical skills combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive business decisions
