Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.
In this role, you will be the strategic lead behind Boost Mobile's retail ambitions, ensuring that our business plans translate into operational excellence. You solve the challenge of aligning cross-functional teams-from Finance to Supply Chain-around a unified vision and optimized resource plan. By developing high-fidelity business cases and financial models, you guide our retail growth to fruition and ensure that every strategic objective is backed by rigorous analysis and actionable metrics.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and support the execution of integrated business plans that align with overall strategy and financial goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization across retail operations.
  • Foster seamless communication among Supply and Demand Planning, Sales, and Finance teams to drive cross-functional alignment on company goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership that summarize performance and progress toward strategic retail objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as a critical liaison between Product and Sales teams to ensure alignment on portfolio decisions and market strategies.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in retail operations.
  • Advanced expertise in Google Suite to manipulate complex data sets with precision and create high-impact presentations for senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational acumen and attention to detail, enabling the management of multiple high-stakes priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment across diverse departments.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills used to gather insights from complex data sets and make informed decisions on budgeting and forecasting.
  • Mastery of negotiation and communication, specifically the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in market analysis and creating compelling business cases or scenario planning.
  • Experience in the wireless industry, specifically understanding its intricacies and market dynamics.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related strategic role.
  • Ability to be located in the Littleton, CO location, as an in-office presence is mandatory.
  • Must have experience with:
    • Developing and communicating integrated business plans.
    • Financial analysis and budgeting processes.
    • Leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
