The ideal candidate combines strong program and portfolio management expertise with business acumen, executive communication skills, and the ability to bring structure, alignment, and momentum to complex, cross-functional priorities.
Key Responsibilities

- Support Account Managers in coordinating internal resources and cross-functional work required to deliver commitments for national, enterprise, and other strategically important accounts.
- Drive accountability across workstreams by clarifying ownership, monitoring commitments, facilitating decisions, and escalating barriers before they impact strategic priorities or business outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-functional and executive forums that result in clear decisions, actions, prioritization, and ownership.
- Leverage data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, improve visibility and forecasting, and strengthen decision-making.
- Track outcomes against established revenue, partner, customer, operational, and delivery goals and communicate performance, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate external partners, vendors, affinity partners, OEMs, BPOs, or consultants when their work contributes to strategic revenue initiatives or account commitments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
