As a Senior Program Manager for PacMed’s US Family Health Plan, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic goals, manage multiple projects, track performance, and ensure clear communication across teams. Success requires strong organization, critical thinking, and collaboration using tools like Workfront and Microsoft Office. The Senior Program Manager is primarily focused on running quality improvement programs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field., Or 4 years in Program Management or leadership experience in health plan operations
- 5 years experience with program management or healthcare management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in related field
- 2 years experience in health plan process improvement
- 2 years of Communication and Marketing experience.
