What You'll Do
We are looking for a technical program manager to create and align multiple Technology Services (TS) Privacy projects. This role will include authoring detailed implementation project plans from requirements gathering to production deployment. This person will be embedded with the Enterprise Architecture team members, working closely with individuals and team leads to track progress, help resolve blocking issues, and prioritize tasks in order to deliver requested items successfully. This role requires the technical ability to work with multiple parallel IT priorities, and discern best fit solutions in that dynamic environment.
In this role, you will
- Have a clear technical understanding of Privacy & Compliance
- Create detailed program plans, from project inception/requirements gathering to deployment
- Develop and manage schedules for projects, ensuring alignment with teams’ parallel priorities
- Work with senior Tech Services (TS) leads and a cross section of leads to identify key milestone deliverables and timelines
- Communicate effectively the trade offs and impacts of missed milestones and delays
- Create and deliver informative, well-organized, and impactful presentations as well as project/program plans, reports, and other artifacts as requested
What we're looking for
- 8-10 years of Technical Project Management experience with PMP certification preferred
- A solid understanding in the areas of information technology, privacy and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - able to work on complex problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
- Ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, and confidence with stakeholders
- Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong emotional intelligence skills
- Experience using different development methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.)
- Strong to exceptional Jira skills a plus
