The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end program delivery across the product portfolio within the PMO organization. This role owns the integrated plan, budget, risk framework, and governance to ensure cohesive, value-driven outcomes. The position requires managing multiple related projects, driving cross-functional collaboration (product, engineering, operations, regulatory/compliance), and ensuring compliance with PMO standards, KPIs, and stage-gate processes. The Senior Program Manager partners with stakeholders to deliver measurable business value, regulatory readiness, and adoption of change initiatives while maintaining delivery momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the End-to-End Program Head, establishing governance, success criteria, and decision rights.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans (scope, schedule, cost, resources, milestones).
- Own RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure alignment with PMO standards.
- Drive program-level risk management, proactive mitigation, and contingency planning.
- Manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration, accountability, and clear decision-making.
- Oversee program budget, resource allocation, and financial health in partnership with Finance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, stage-gate criteria, and audit readiness.
- Lead change management activities to drive adoption of new processes and systems.
- Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and governance packs highlighting risks and decisions.
- Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and alignment with PMO methodologies.
- Utilize tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Clarity, Jira for planning and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project/program management within a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-project initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in governance-driven environments (PMO, portfolio management).
- Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PgMP, or MSP certification desirable; Agile/Scrum or Lean Six Sigma a plus.
- Knowledge of MedTech industry, medical device regulations, and external standards.

- Must successfully complete company training programs.
- Advanced computer skills and ability to multitask independently.
