At Collibra, we believe that trusted data has the power to unlock innovation and accelerate business outcomes. Our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization is focused on bringing that vision to life for our customers, partners, and communities.

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive execution of Collibra’s most critical GTM initiatives. In this role, you will bring structure, accountability, and visibility to cross-enterprise programs that align directly to our annual objectives. You’ll partner with leaders across Sales, Solutions and Services, Marketing, Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Partnerships, Product, Finance and the People Team to ensure we deliver measurable outcomes with consistent execution that unlock growth.

This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.

Sr. Program Managers at Collibra are responsible for
  • Program Ownership: Leading a portfolio of GTM programs that accelerate Collibra’s growth, customer adoption, and market impact.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partnering with senior leaders to define business cases, success metrics, and execution plans that connect to company-wide priorities.
  • Structured Execution: Building program frameworks, setting milestones, and tracking dependencies to ensure predictable, consistent delivery.
  • Accountability & Transparency: Establishing governance and reporting cadences that provide executives with clear visibility into progress, risks, and results.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipating risks and blockers; designing solutions that enable leaders and teams to stay focused on outcomes.
  • Change Leadership: Driving communication and adoption strategies that help GTM teams embrace new programs, tools, and processes.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Defining and monitoring KPIs, leveraging data to assess program health and inform adjustments over time.
You have
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, GTM strategy, or business operations, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or high-growth technology companies.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable impact on revenue, customer success, or operational efficiency.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in program planning, governance, and performance management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear updates.
  • Experience with program and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Salesforce).
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
You are
  • Skilled at driving clarity and alignment in complex, cross-functional environments — bringing structure to ambiguity and guiding teams toward shared goals.
  • Fluent in program execution frameworks, familiar with applying best practices in governance, planning, and performance tracking to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Comfortable influencing through using data, storytelling, and relationships to gain buy-in and move initiatives forward.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, able to anticipate challenges, course-correct quickly, and sustain momentum through change.
  • Committed to continuous improvement, regularly assessing processes, tools, and communication to enhance efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborative, fostering partnership and trust across diverse global teams to ensure programs are delivered with transparency and accountability.
Measures of success
  • Within your first 30 days you will learn about Collibra, our top priorities, and key stakeholders
  • Within your first 60 days you will be kicking off your own program portfolio, aligning stakeholders, and developing cross-enterprise roadmaps and plans
  • Within your first 90 days you will have a structured roadmap in place and will be optimizing your processes and cadences to deliver the right level of structure, visibility, and accountability for your portfolio
