HubSpot’s Talent Mobility Team is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Global Expansion to support the company’s Global Footprint Strategy and Expansion initiatives. They will be focused on successfully developing our strategy, programs and operations to support HubSpot’s global entity footprint. The goal of this role is to bring together HubSpot’s talent, market and operational drivers through effective project management, thoughtful program and policy development, cross-functional coordination and operational excellence. This role will serve as the operational backbone of our global expansion, ensuring teams stay coordinated and aligned throughout each phase of market entry and rebalancing.
This role sits in our Talent Acquisition and Mobility team, but is responsible for driving talent, market and efficiency initiatives across all of HubSpot. This role will be based in the United States.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Working with the Director of Talent Mobility to develop our Global Footprint Strategy for the next 3-5 years, detailing our expansion, investment strategy for all global locations.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition and Mobility leaders to align policy and programs with our footprint strategy.
- Supporting socialization and communication of Global Footprint Strategy to key cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Developing a playbook for global expansion to guide the execution.
- Selecting and managing vendors to help with expansion efforts, including compliance and regulatory advisory as well as Employer of Records (EORs).
- Project managing any operational plans that result from our Global Footprint Strategy.
- Partnering closely with entity enablement stakeholders including global talent acquisition, people business partners, total rewards, payroll, stock administration, corporate legal, corporate tax, employment law, business leaders and employee technology teams to execute on any newly identified locations.
We are looking for people who are or have:
- Relevant experience in program management with global business, mobility or operations teams
- Demonstrated experience executing complex, multi-stakeholder programs, particularly those involving international operations
- Ability to create structure and processes that bring clarity to complex initiatives
- Experience coordinating teams across multiple time zones and regions
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with ability to maintain alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- A high threshold for managing multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving, prioritization, communication and customer service skills
- Resourceful, self-driven and feel comfortable independently managing a project
- Able to handle a broad range of subject matters and work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, transparent and evolving environment
- Are passionate about the values in the HubSpot Culture Code
Cash compensation range: 119200-190700 USD Annually
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
