Job requirements
- Senior Program Managers to lead and drive large-scale initiatives. The ideal candidates should be senior and seasoned professionals capable of effectively engaging with Business and IT leaders to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee and manage large-scale IT programs from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with Business and IT leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring program resiliency and success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Network Modernization – Upgrading infrastructure for enhanced performance and security.
- PBX Implementation – Managing the transition to an advanced telephony system.
- Cloud Landing Zones Setup & Management (AWS & Azure) – Establishing and managing secure cloud environments.
- Azure Resiliency Enhancement – Supporting the migration of 30+ applications to Azure while addressing resiliency challenges in the current setup.
- 10+ years of experience in IT program/project management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale IT transformation programs.
- Strong experience in cloud technologies (AWS & Azure).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience handling risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or PMI-ACP are a plus.
