Project OverviewYou will lead complex, cross-functional programs focused on achieving key business outcomes within the Finance and Procurement domains. This role involves clarifying ambiguous business problems, defining program objectives, and leading the discovery, design, and implementation of solutions. You will be a central figure in influencing stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring alignment across various business units. This is a critical role that requires a strategic mindset and the ability to evangelize programs at all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership, in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities- Create Clarity and Solutions: Embrace and clarify murky business problems, leading discovery to define objectives and design programs to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Program Leadership: Lead complex cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams, managing them from conception to completion.
- Evangelize and Influence: Achieve program buy-in at all levels of the organization, including senior executives, by understanding business drivers, individual motivations, and the program's differing impacts across various business units.
- Measurement & Reporting: Define and regularly report on program metrics and measurement, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Change Management: Drive effective change management by performing stakeholder analysis, creating communication plans, and monitoring the sustainment of changes.
- Risk Management: Continuously monitor program exposure and ensure appropriate risk communication, escalation, and mitigation plans are in place.
- Optimize: Drive continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and proactively identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Develop Others: Contribute to the development of others and champion a culture of continuous feedback.
- 8+ years leading large and complex programs and projects, with proven ability to direct workstream leads and remote cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years managing Finance or Procurement projects.
- Accounting or procurement experience.
- Experience with technology projects or familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Change Management expertise: stakeholder analysis, management planning, transparent communications, and monitoring/sustaining changes.
- Deep understanding of Program and Project Management best practices. PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience in Agile and remote teams.
- Fluent English for daily communication.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Workday, Hyperion, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics D365, PeopleSoft).
- Experience with NetSuite.
All interviews, documentation, and day-to-day collaboration will be conducted in English.
