About the role
As the Sr. Program Manager, you will deliver critical results for Premier Agents with a group of heavy-hitters who think big and take action —by working with our closest partners in Enhanced Markets Key Accounts, Product, and Product Marketing. This team is passionate about building a network of successful real estate agent partners who provide consistent, outstanding service to home shoppers.
You will collaborate with the Principal Program Manager (EM Agent Adoption) to lead our most significant initiatives that promote agent adoption of Zillow products and services, supporting our objectives in partner conversion. Expect to influence cross-functional partners in product, marketing and operations across a large number of functions—specifically through key initiative briefs, proposals, and influential presentations. You will also engage with the product team to develop outstanding features and tools for our Premier Agents that enhance visibility and provide user-friendly self-guided experiences, ultimately driving revenue. Finally, you will serve as a catalyst with vision across the organization while handling cross-functional initiatives and championing opportunities to improve agents’ experience with our products (ZHL, FUB, Spruce).
What you will do:

Develop and operationalize initiatives to improve the agent experience with measurable success. Prepare compelling business cases, secure leadership consensus, formulate plans, and lead the implementation of pilots and scaling improvements.

Build and socialize EM Best Practices Program for Conversion and ZHL Adoption. Include support for validating tactics employed by partners in the path to making ZHL their Preferred Lender. Work in conjunction with ZHL Product Management focused on agent tools for tech solutions.

Ensure adoption and incorporate feedback into our Scaling Pilots playbook, providing product, GTM Operations, and frontline teams with the necessary support and resources to test, learn, and grow programs.

Serve as the primary program owner of the new Agent Support function offered by Partner Support. Drive adoption efforts, troubleshoot hurdles work together to improve cross team efficiencies in support of Partner Promise metrics.

Equip Flex partners and agents that utilize Follow Up Boss as their CRM with the resources and insights they need to optimize their usage to better serve their customers and grow their business.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $124,700.00 - $199,300.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
