A Day in the LifeJoin our Global Commercial Office (GCO) organization as – Senior Program Manager – Commercial Deployment TURMECA and ACEE. Our focus is to arm the commercial organization with the data insights needed, tools and training to drive operational efficiencies, profitable growth and increase market share, whilst maintaining a clear focus on customer needs.
The Senior Program Manager –Commercial Deployment TURMECA and ACEE role is designed to work closely with the EurAsia Leadership, Functions and Enablers to drive sales force effectiveness and to optimize commercial processes & governance. The role plays a critical role alongside the GCO Leadership, and Management teams in leading Go-To Market (GTM) Strategy Execution; Sales Incentive Plan Optimization and management; Salesforce (SFDC) Adoption and Integration of Best Practices and Commercial Skills Training roll out across the region. The role is responsible for process improvement and harmonization, coordinating central projects and providing central data insights and analytics support and other key initiatives to drive disciplined and successful commercial execution.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Leads central projects, governance, process improvement and harmonization within GCO Commercial Deployment
  • Leads the deployment of central reporting tools like eMST, YODA, SFDC, including project plans, stakeholder communication and monitoring of adoption and progress
  • Leads central analytics and data insights to EurAsia LT through effective review processes, deployment of performance KPIs and dashboards development alongside Commercial Technology Department
  • Leads and contributes to cross-functional process improvement projects with key departments, including IT, Finance and Enablers to improve organizational efficiency
  • Leads and coordinates the region’s Sales Incentive Plans Design and Target setting process including special incentives (SPIFF) and P-Club alongside EuAsia LT, Functional and Commercial Partners
  • Actively contributes to the design and execution of the Go to Market strategies within the region including Remote Sales and Capital Sales Execution
  • Responsible for administration of Sales Incentive Plans for SME and SAM organizations
  • Collaborates and co-leads with SME and SAM organizations on shared projects including Market Share Tracking, Account Segmentation, SFDC Adoption
  • Ensures successful deployment and adoption of the Commercial Skills Training programs available in partnership with Commercial Training organization
  • Lead and manage offshoring activities including process migration, optimization and monitoring progress & performance.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience in business analytics, sales and operations, preferably in the MedTech or Healthcare industry
  • Strong influencing and executive communication & presentation skills (with fluency in both written and spoken English)
  • Strong Project Management and Execution skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com is a plus)
  • Broad perspective and business acumen, able to think strategically and at the same time be hands-on and detail oriented
  • Experience in a multicultural, diverse environment and interaction with many stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills in Excel and knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
  • Good knowledge of IT software/systems – Tableau, Power BI.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Czechia: 1,920,000.00 CZK - 2,880,000.00 CZK | Poland: 312,000.00 PLN - 468,000.00 PLN | 
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
