To join our team as a Senior Program Manager. The Senior Program Manager will lead the delivery of Canada’s Indigenous & Remote Communities energy efficiency programs. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with expertise in energy efficiency, program management, operations, people management, and partner engagement. Join us in advancing our mission to enhance housing conditions and reduce energy consumption and costs for households and small businesses in Indigenous and remote communities across Canada.
This position can be based anywhere in Canada. While the role is primarily remote, you will be required to travel across Canada for client visits, industry events, and occasional meetings at our Toronto head office. Expect to work remotely about 90% of the time, with the remaining 10% spent in-office or attending events.

Mandatory post-secondary education in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of successful program management experience, overseeing large programs ($5–10M revenue) or complex portfolios.

Managed high-risk, strategic, or complex programs, including new clients or relationships.

5+ years of people management, leading multi-functional teams of 10–30 members.
-
Advanced understanding of Indigenous rights and commitment to incorporating Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action into practices.

Proven ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships.

Experience with North American utilities, energy efficiency, and program design.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel nationwide for client meetings and program oversight.

$120,000-$140,000
