Position : Senior Program Management Specialist- Lastmile Management
What you will do?
- Lead the execution and coordination of capacity planning models for last mile logistics, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Own the daily and monthly manpower and asset planning processes, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Analyze driver performance and cost models to identify productivity gaps and optimize route/area-level efficiency.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of workforce planning tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational agility.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics last mile and middle mile.
- Proven experience in data processing and analysis to build models that support business decisions.
- Strong communication skills across various contexts.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Google Sheet, Tableau and SQL/Python.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in planning and project management.
