Significance Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support an upcoming federal program (contingent upon award). This role will be on-site located in Dahlgren, VA and requires an active TS-SCI.
 
The Senior Program Management Analyst 
 
The Senior Program Management Analyst will provide program management and analytical support in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) programs. This role is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing program information and supporting procurement, program planning, logistics, cost analysis, and schedule management activities. 

Required Skills:

    Responsibilities & Qualifications:
     
  • Collect, review, and analyze information in support of program management activities.
  • Provide support across procurement, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules and planning tools, including Gantt and PERT charts.
  • Support development and analysis of ITPRs, SSJs, BNMs, PLCCEs, EAs, BCAs, AoAs, BOEs, IBRs, and CARDs.
  • Seven (7) years of experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs.

Desired Skills:

  • Navy and/or Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) experience desired.
  • CCEA certification desired
  • Experience with Gantt, PERT charts
  • Experience with ITPRs, SSJs, BNMs
  • Experience with PLCCEs, EAs, BCAs, AoAs, BOEs, IBRs, CARD

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.

Skills Required

  • Active Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance
  • On-site work in Dahlgren, Virginia
  • Navy or Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division experience
