We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Management Advisor. This role delivers independent, objective analysis and executive-level recommendations to strengthen operational performance, governance, and mission assurance across the organization.
Your Impactful Duties:
- Evaluate organizational program performance and provide strategic recommendations to Government leadership
- Deliver independent assessments of program execution risks and corrective actions
- Develop, review, and publish program reports, business plans, schedules, and approval documentation
- Support contract oversight, scope verification, and compliance with NGA program and financial policies
- Participate in IPTs, planning sessions, and management reviews with NGA and Mission Partners
- Advise on governance policies, acquisition strategies, and operational best practices
- Provide executive-level facilities planning and cradle-to-grave facilities operations expertise
- Conduct needs assessments, risk analysis, and develop courses of action for complex facilities challenges
- Produce executive briefings, comprehensive studies, and strategic presentations
- Demonstrated experience providing strategic-level advice to senior leadership
- Strong written and oral communication skills with executive audiences
- Experience in program management, governance, and facilities operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and SharePoint-based systems
- Experience assessing metrics, performance data, and operational effectiveness to support senior decision makers at the executive level for strategic decisions
