Senior Program Lead - Artificial Intelligence (x/f/m)

Doctolib wants you to be the architect of this revolution. We are looking for a director to lead the cause of shaping the transformation of healthcare with new technologies. The main objectives of this role are the following: 

• Write our strategic product vision of how Doctolib can leverage AI to deliver on its missions and accelerate its growth
• Co-build with our Tech leadership a robust AI strategy and support leaders in their delivery of the AI platform components
• Own our data capture and annotation strategy to deliver the best AI products  
• Lead our M&A and partnership strategy with external players to accelerate our AI ambition
• Oversee AI products and features delivery by working closely with our Data Science Director, Tech & Product teams, for both external and internal users
• Bring AI products to life with go-to-market strategy and product marketing
• Design the best overall AI organization to deliver our ambition by working with leaders as well as upskilling all teams on AI
• Position Doctolib as this responsible leader in the AI through external communication and events  
• Champion responsible AI with a special look out for privacy, regulatory, tech & data capabilities

As a lead of our AI strategy, you will be the maestro, orchestrating projects and partnering closely with our Product, Tech, and Data leadership. You will be in charge of tracking and monitoring all those streams to ensure we successfully develop and launch cutting-edge AI solutions. 

Who you are

• 10+ years of experience in AI / ML / Data Science
• Very good strategic perspectives (e.g., ability to ask the good questions, good understanding of Doctolib, its markets and its processes, etc.)
• Outstanding project management skills across diverse and large teams (e.g., ability to manage several streams, stakeholders management, reporting, anticipation)
• Demonstrated communication skills (both written and oral), and ability to deliver impactful syntheses and reporting
• Proactive, action-oriented, and focused on results
• Fluent in English and French (oral and written). 

The job is based in Paris.
