- Bachelor’s degree in field appropriate to program assignment (additional training, education, and/or certification may be required with program assignment)

- Demonstrated success in program development, implementation, and delivery
- Demonstrated project planning and project management skills
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work effectively under deadlines, with multiple tasks, and with individuals representing all levels within the organization
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
- May require reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
